It was a lively, week-long celebration of the Sto. Niño fiesta in Mactan, Lapu-Lapu City.
There were daily events leading up to the fiesta, including Miss Mactan 2013; Coronation Night for Prince and Princesses 2013; Miss Gay 2013; and Teacher’s Night for Department Education (DepEd) teachers. Of all the events, the Teacher’s Night was the most awaited especially by students as their teachers presented a dance number.
It was a cold Friday but the teachers made it really hot and exciting when they hit the dance floor. The Teacher’s Night was held last February 15, 2013 at Mactan Gym.
Many people enjoyed the teachers’ performance. Students were amazed to see their teachers in sexy dresses and high heels. The crowd screamed their support.
Joining the presentation were teachers from Mactan Elementary and High school, Soong Elementary, Punta Engano Elementary and High School, Bankal Elementary and High School, Ibo Elementary, Buaya Elementary, Pajo Elementary, and Mactan Airbase.
Thisevent happens every year to celebrate Lapu-Lapu’s teachers, providing them a venue to have fun and show their talents.
