A true Oponganon, 21-year old Gil Wagas, stood out from 23 other contenders all over the country and was crowned Mister Philippines-International. A towering 6’3 model and basketball player, Wagas dominated the male pageant which happened last June 21, 2013 at the Fil-Oil Flying V Arena in San Juan City.
